Ski and snowboard season is here! We make renting quick and easy so that you can spend more time on the mountain. Choose among quality brands of skis, snowboards, and equipment that’ll provide an enjoyable experience for your day at Ski Apache. You can rent from us at two convenient locations – on the mountain at Ski Apache or the Ski Apache Ski Shop in Ruidoso. We offer great prices and work to equip you with the ultimate setup!
A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. Ski Apache accepts cash, traveler’s checks, and major credit cards. Ski Apache rental and retail shops do not rent clothing.
If you require assistance to load, ride, or unload the chair lifts or need help while skiing because of a diagnosed disability, please call 575-464-3600 when purchasing a ticket. Further assistance is provided through the Adaptive Ski Program.

Ski Rentals on the Mountain
Rent straight from Ski Apache when you arrive on the mountain. Choose from our available inventory as our friendly staff will assist you in finding the correct sizes and ensuring you have what you need.
We carry ski boot sizes from child 7.5 to adult 16.5.
We carry boards from 90cm to 164cm and boots from sizes 13 (children’s) to 15 (adult). No step-ins, only freestyle strap-in bindings.
